VINNIES COFFEE BLEND
Our unique coffee blend, crafted for and by VINNIES in collaboration with Spot On Coffee Roasters, combines beans from South and Central America for a unique flavor profile.
The Brazilian beans in this blend are grown by Monica Borges and her husband on their farm, Fazenda Vila Boa, situated in the Sul de Minas region at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. They are dedicated to sustainable farming practices. These natural (unwashed) beans contribute a rich, full-bodied, and sweet flavor to the coffee.
The second bean comes from Guatemala and is produced by a collective of female farmers in the Huehuetenango region. They have chosen to process their beans using a washed method. The combination of washed Guatemalan beans and natural Brazilian beans creates a beautifully balanced coffee that offers just the right strength for black coffee or espresso, while still being refined enough to enjoy it with (plant-based) milk.
